No. SweetLife is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. It is a companion tool for tracking and education. Always consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your diabetes management.

Yes. Your health data is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. We do not upload your blood glucose readings, insulin logs, or other health data to external servers unless you explicitly choose to generate a report or use the AI chat feature. Your data is never sold or shared with advertisers.

Chug is your friendly AI companion built into SweetLife. You can chat with Chug about diabetes management, ask questions about carb counting, get encouragement, and more. Chug is powered by AI and provides general education and support -- it does not replace professional medical advice.

Yes. While SweetLife was designed with Type 1 diabetes in mind, it works great for anyone managing diabetes. Features like blood glucose tracking, meal logging, and exercise tracking are useful for both T1D and T2D management.

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings and cancel from there. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Yes. You can generate reports of your blood glucose readings, insulin doses, and other logged data from within the app. These reports can be shared with your healthcare provider or saved for your records.

You can delete all your data from the Profile section in the app. Go to Profile, then select "Delete Account." This will permanently remove all your data from the app and our servers.

CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor) integration is planned for a future update. Currently, you can manually log your blood glucose readings. Stay tuned for announcements about CGM support.

SweetLife currently supports English and Spanish. We plan to add more languages in future updates based on user demand.
